Base Workers SARL, based in Morocco, is responsible for information submitted through this website. This site presents the company and its products; it does not provide user accounts or sell services through the contact form.

Information we receive

Only what you choose to send

If you contact us, we receive the name, optional company, email address, reason for contact and message entered in the form. The website also processes basic request information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service, such as request time and network address.

Please do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment information, health details or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

Responding and protecting the service

We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your message, follow up on a business or research conversation, maintain records of correspondence, and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell enquiry details or use them to train AI models.

Storage and safeguards

Cloudflare D1

Contact enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The production database is configured in Cloudflare’s Western Europe region (WEUR); preview traffic uses a separate database. The application provides no public endpoint for reading enquiries. Access to the Cloudflare account and database should be limited to authorized operators. We apply technical safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

12 months

We retain contact enquiries for up to 12 months from submission. A daily Cloudflare scheduled task deletes enquiries older than 12 months from the production D1 database. We may delete an enquiry earlier if it is no longer needed or when we honor a deletion request. Records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by law.

Your choices

Questions or requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent, or ask a question about its handling. Use the contact page and choose “Other”; include enough information for us to identify the enquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents through the form.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. We will consider requests in light of the rules that apply to the specific request.

Hosting and external links

This website is hosted using Cloudflare services. When you follow a link to another website, that site’s own privacy terms apply. We do not control the practices of external websites.
