We began with a product. We kept following the problems.
Base Workers is a Moroccan technology company. Our strategy grows from real application requirements, not from assembling an unrelated portfolio.
Our origin
The work behind

Marasim was the starting point: a wedding marketplace and operations ecosystem for Morocco.
Building it brought customer, event and business information into the same system. Using external services raised a practical question: how do we keep control over sensitive information as applications connect to cloud, SaaS and AI?
That question led to PrivacyGuard. Its privacy boundary raised the next one: how could a system understand sensitive context without sending that context to external general-purpose AI?
Titrit is the research direction that follows. The company’s scope expands through engineering requirements that deserve their own solution.
